Logging Into the NIH Certificate of Confidentiality (CoC) Application System
For CoC requestors who are not NIH or HHS employees, OpenID allows users to access the application system through an account you will set up with Google or Pay Pal, per the following instructions.
At the log in page, from the Account type drop down menu, select Social Login/OpenID; then select your account provider (Google or PayPal) from the next drop down and hit “Continue”. Login using your account username and password. It is recommended that you set up an account specifically for CoCs rather than using a personal Google or PayPal account so that others working with you may also access the CoC system. Setting up a Google or Paypal account is free. CoC requestors are responsible for managing their account information; NIH will not have access to requestor login credentials. If you forget your username and/or password, work with Google or Pay Pal to re-set them.
NIH staff requesting a CoC can use their NIH network credentials.
If you get an error message when attempting to log into the NIH CoC system or have any other technical difficulties with the application system, please send an email to NIH-COCemail@example.com
